Dan Bull - Dear Mandy [an open letter to Lord Mandelson]

Een tweet van Don Tapscott (onder andere één van de auteurs van Wikinomics) bracht me bij onderstaand Youtube-filmpje waarin op overtuigende en humoristische wijze stelling wordt genomen tegen het Britse Digital Economy-wetsvoorstel van Peter Mandelson.



"I could take my mobile phone to the local library and utilise their free wireless to find the file I need. Then what are you going to try - to disconnect their ISP? You might as well just burn the books on rights to speech."

En dat Cory Doctorow in The Guardian ook uitermate kritisch over het wetsvoorstel is mag geen verrassing zijn.
